I understand that sometimes circumstances arise that are beyond our control. If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations without 24 hour notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled services. No-shows or same day cancellations will result in a 100% charge of scheduled services.
